Zelenskyy denies Russian capture of key eastern city Kostiantynivka

- Russian state media circulated Putin's claim that Kostiantynivka was fully captured on July 3, but Ukraine's General Staff stated the city remains under the control of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
- According to the DeepState map, there is no indication that Kostiantynivka has been captured, as Russian forces remain near the city but not in control of it.
- "If Kostiantynivka is now under Russian control, then I suppose Putin should have no problem meeting me there," Zelenskyy said, adding that Putin avoids the front line because "the truth is very different from Putin's words."
- Earlier, The New York Post reported that newly recruited Russian soldiers may survive only 20 to 35 minutes at the front, with Ukrainian drones identified as the primary cause of mounting battlefield losses for the Kremlin.
