Ytech is developing 7 Broadway, which would total 400,892 square feet in 54 stories, with 113 condos and 193 parking spaces in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Amenity decks would be on floors eight, 49 and 50, including a pool on the latter floor. The project will only take up about 20,000 square feet of land.
