YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Reports said a man convicted in 2002 of aggravated robbery was arrested early Sunday on a gun charge. Johnny Graham, 46, was booked into the Mahoning County jail on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, a third-degree felony; and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.
