YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A Youngstown health care provider pleaded guilty Monday in connection with a Medicaid fraud investigation. Janay Veal pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor theft charge. She was given a six-month suspended jail sentence, placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay restitution to Medicaid in the amount of $4,000.
