US President Donald Trump asked Chinese President Xi Jinping in a letter not to supply weapons to Iran, and Xi replied that Beijing does not, the US president said in an interview broadcast on Wednesday by Fox Business Network, Reuters reports.
"He wrote me a nice letter, in response to the letter I wrote to him because I heard that China was giving arms to Iran," he explained in an interview with Fox, in which he indicated that in his exchange of letters, the Chinese president assured him that Beijing is not helping Tehran militarily.
The president of the United States, Donald Trump, revealed in an interview Fox Business Network that asked China's leader, Xi Jinping, to provide him with weapons in the middle of the war between the two of them.
