Cancun, QR., A family of Chilean origin filed a criminal complaint against Grupo Xcaret for damages and injuries to Cristian, a 50-year-old tourist with Down syndrome, after he tried to board a consortium ferry, stumbled and fell, which in addition to bruises caused him a quadriplegic picture, exposed his sister Paulina Inés Cáceres González and his lawyers.
The Xcaret Group faces a criminal complaint from a family of Chilean origin for damages and injuries to the 50-year-old tourist Cristian Cáceres González with Down’s syndrome. The accident occurred at the Xcaret Xailing facility when he tried to board a consortium ferry, tripped and fell.
