- Marvel also confirmed additional casting: Inde Navarrette as Rogue, Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, and Maya Boyd as Storm, rounding out the new mutant roster.
- Director Jake Schreier is helming the reboot, which is scheduled for release on May 5, 2028, positioning it as a major addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
- Feige described the project as "very youth-oriented," with the new team positioned to integrate into the Multiverse Saga as it approaches its Phase 6 finale in December 2027.
