Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department will hold a seatbelt checkpoint
Wyoming County, WV (WOAY) – The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department says it will hold a seatbelt checkpoint next week. It’ll happen from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. on March 20. Deputies will be set up at the intersection of U.S. Route 52 and County Route 8 in Hanover near the old Huff Consolidated School. The checkpoint will promote traffic safety and encourage seat belt usage.
