Wyden, Merkley join effort creating binding code of ethics for the Supreme Court

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Oregon Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley helped reintroduce a bill on Thursday that would create a binding code of ethics for Supreme Court justices.
