LODI, Calif. (KOVR) -- Turning the big 100, a World War II veteran in the California city of Lodi is celebrating his birthday with one wish. Frank S. Wright wants 100,000 birthday cards from people around the country to celebrate this momentous day. Wright was a corporal with the United States Marine Corps Raider Regiment in WWII.
