SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) — The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources (WVDNR) today announced that 12 waters across the state are scheduled to be under special Class Q fishing regulations from March 1 to May 31. From March to May, nine lakes and three stream sections are designated as Class Q fishing areas.
