Middleborough files lawsuit over MBTA Communities Act noncompliance
MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Town of Middleborough filed a lawsuit in Plymouth Superior Court over its alleged “noncompliance” with the MBTA Communities Act. The lawsuit names Gov.
