WORTHINGTON — Francisco Javier Melendez-Sanchez, 35, of Worthington, is charged in Nobles County with threats of violence, third-degree DWI by refusing to submit to a chemical test, obstructing the legal process, fourth-degree DWI and a traffic collision in which he failed to notify anyone of the damage.
