The world festival of puppet theatres takes place every two years in Charleville-Mézières. We were this Saturday in the streets of the capital of the Ardennes to live the first weekend of festivities.

The 23rd World Puppet Theatre Festival is taking place in the French city of Charleville-Mezieres, and more than 80 international puppet groups will perform. The Maribor Puppet Theatre (LGM) and the Ljubljana Puppet Theatre (LGL) will also participate in the festival, the former with the play Transport: Cargo and the latter with the play Transport: Departure.
