B.C.'s employers in forestry-related businesses, sawmilling, stone cutting and oil and gas field servicing could be seen as the biggest beneficiaries of WorkSafeBC's $2 billion surplus as the corporation proposes cuts to their service premiums approaching 40 per cent or more.
