Worker injured in Highbridge as scaffolding accident brings down power line

Part of a Highbridge housing estate was closed by Police on Friday (March 21st) after a scaffolding contractor was hurt when a metal pole struck a power line, giving him an electric shock and bringing down an electricity line.
