Bellway is preparing to start work on a new development that will generate more than £2.3 million of investment in Saffron Walden.
Uttlesford District Council has approved Bellway’s plans to build 233 homes, a large public open space and two children’s play areas on a 45-acre site off Radwinter Road. The development will be known as Radwinter Gardens.
