Work on Marijkestraat and Hoofdstraat Rijen has started

The sewer pipes in Marijkestraat are outdated, so they will be replaced. This will reduce the risk of flooding. The work will be carried out in phases: the street will be closed off five times for about eighty metres. This will last until approximately the week of 7 July.
