Work begins on Otay Mesa pedestrian border crossing improvements

(FOX 5/KUSI) — People who cross the U.S.-Mexico border on foot at the Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry will soon see improvements to the pedestrian areas. The U.S. General Services Administration announced that work began Monday morning to improve the pedestrian walkway, a project that is expected to last through late summer.
