Woodstock man accused of grooming child on bike pleads guilty to lesser charge, gets probation

A Woodstock man accused of telling a child riding her bike nearby to give him a kiss and motioning for her to sit on his lap pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated assault on public property.
