Women's Institute members enjoy cakes and tea at annual garden party

With their usual meeting venue closed for annual refurbishment, Swans WI held their yearly garden party in Stapleford Village Hall’s garden.

In late July, Good Samaritan Catholic Church held a Ladies’ Tea Party for parishioners and invited guests in the church’s Fellowship Hall. The tables were set with gold cloths and floral runners, flowered plates and charming vintage teapots. Parishioners provided all kinds of homemade sweet treats and a few savory finger foods for the event.
