Woman will not say too much about stolen license plates: South Euclid Police Blotter

A vehicle was found in the Walmart parking lot March 17 with a license plate that belonged to a different vehicle that was listed as stolen out of East Cleveland. The vehicle owner came to the car and told officers that she was given the license plate by a man the previous day, but she would not elaborate.
