Woman who lost her leg in boating accident meets emergency dispatcher who helped save her life

Given the rarity of survival, Nichole Hall's boyfriend immediately called 911, helping coordinate the response as Hall's injuries were nearly unprecedented with only about 100 people recovered from similar trauma.
