Woman who died in jail last week identified as El Cajon resident

The Sheriff’s Office on Thursday released the name of a 53-year-old woman who died last week while in custody at the women’s jail in Santee. The woman, identified as Linda Bagby, was a resident of El Cajon, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
