HOUSTON (KIAH) — A mother accused of shooting her four children, and killing two of them, is in jail on a $14 million bond. The Brazoria County Sheriff's Office said Oninda Romelus shot the children inside her car on Saturday. Investigators say she called 911 from a gas station on FM 521 near Angleton.
