Woman, two inmates face charges in Pearl River County contraband case

POPLARVILLE, Miss. (WHLT) - Pearl River County deputies said a woman and two inmates were charged in connection to a contraband case. On July 8, a deputy observed a white car pull up to the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on Highway 11 and Highway 26 in Poplarville.
