A 23-year-old woman from Gouda will go to jail after all for a single-vehicle accident she caused on the A20 near Maasland. Four occupants were injured in the accident. Last year, the district court sentenced the driver to community service, but the Court of Appeal sentenced her to three months in prison on appeal.
She regrets it and would never do it again, but unfortunately, the 24-year-old woman from Enschede cannot undo the serious accident she caused on Boulevard 1945. The court in Almelo sentenced the woman to 120 hours of community service.
