Woman pleads guilty in connection with man's overdose death

Bismarck, N.D. (KXNET)- A woman is now facing more jail time after pleading guilty to her role in a man's overdose death. This week, Kiara Twinn pleaded guilty to a count of delivery of a controlled substance overdose death. That comes after prosecutors charged her for an incident that happened at a Bismarck apartment in 2022.
