NITRO, W.Va. –A Mexican national who was living illegally in Nitro pleaded guilty to several charges Monday. Rosmery Morales-Mejia, also known as Rosita Mejia-Perez, 27, pled guilty to fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents. Morales-Mejia was also sentenced to time served.
