Woman kicks puppies behind glass at NYC pet store

CHELSEA, Manhattan (PIX11) -- Police are looking for a woman who was caught on camera kicking puppy kennels and then slapping another woman in the face at the CitiPups in Chelsea. It happened around 3:45 Saturday afternoon at the store on 8th Avenue. Emilio Ortiz, the store manager, told PIX11 News the suspect also spit at the customer after hitting her.
