Arson is suspected after fire erupted inside a five-story Koreatown apartment building Sunday that left one woman with minor injuries, fire officials said.   Crews with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of the blaze at 154 N. A woman was slightly injured in a fire at a Koreatown apartment building Sunday and a suspect was detained on suspicion of arson, authorities said. Firefighters dispatched at 1:08 p.m. Sunday to 154 N. New Hampshire Ave. had the fire out within 31 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
