Woman critically injured in Columbia hit-and-run, police say

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) -- An investigation is underway in Columbia after a hit-and-run involving a 4-wheeler. Initial reports show the crash occurred shortly after 8:30 a.m. on River Road, near Gilbert Road and the bridge on Highway 52 crossing the Chattahoochee River. Columbia Police say a woman was riding a 4-wheeler when she was hit by another vehicle. The woman was critically injured and taken to a local hospital. Her current condition is unknow…
