Couple Arrested for Shoplifting from West Rome Walmart

William DeWayn Vessel, 41 of Rome, and Makala Irene Davidson, 28 of Cedartown, were arrested at the West Rome Walmart after they were captured trying to steal items from the store. Reports said that that they attempted to conceal the merchandise under a bag and then leave the store without paying. The total value of the property was $59.1.. Jennifer Allen, 45, of DeGraff, was taken into custody by Bellefontaine police officers Saturday, April 19, for theft after she reportedly attempted to take unpaid for merchandise from Wal-Mart, 2281 S. WILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active larceny complaint at the Walmart in Wilton Saturday at 10:21 p.m. Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Robin O. Lakian, 44, of Saratoga Springs, for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Lakian is accused of stealing merchandise from the store.
