Bangwe Police have arrested a 22-year-old woman, Eliza Joseph, for allegedly abandoning her two-month-old baby at Bangwe Health Centre in Blantyre. Bangwe Police publicist, Samuel Kadyole, said Joseph allegedly left the baby at the health facility on Monday evening.
