Woman allegedly attacked with machete during carjacking

A woman was attacked with a machete during a carjacking in Dandenong, Melbourne, at about 6:35 PM on Sunday.
Three males confronted the woman and demanded her car keys, during which one male struck her with a machete.
The men stole her SUV, a white Ford EcoSport without registration plates, and fled the scene, while she was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
