Aerospace and Defense Companies Continue Growth in Colorado Springs Amid Space Command Relocation

Colorado Republicans report a reduced job loss projection from 1,700 to 1,000 and expect growth in Space Force personnel to offset the impact of the headquarters move.

Following the announcement that U.S. Space Command headquarters will move from Colorado Springs to Alabama, state and local economic development officials said they're confident the relocation won't soften Colorado's or El Paso County's aerospace and defense industries.
