Health officials urge vaccinations as measles spreads

As measles continues to spread in southwestern Wisconsin, state health officials are urging families to ensure their children are fully vaccinated. Since Aug. 11, there have been 108 confirmed and probable cases across Iowa, Lafayette and Grant counties.
