As the annual Blue-White Game draws Nittany Lion fans to Happy Valley, the Borough of State College is adjusting its parking regulations to help accommodate the influx of visitors. Beginning at noon on Friday, April 25, the “no parking 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.” restriction, along with all one- and two-hour parking limits, will be temporarily lifted throughout the borough.
