Wire theft leads to charges

Bancroft OPP have charged two men with mischief after they were caught digging up copper wire. On Friday, shortly after 2:30 p.m., officers responded to a call in Bancroft. After investigating, they discovered that a copper wire which had been used for an electrical unit, had been cut. Two men were arrested during the investigation.
