At 1:57 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from 6 p.m. until Wednesday 2 a.m. for Sussex, Warren and Morris counties.The weather service comments, “Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a light glaze.”

A winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 12:51 p.m. valid for Wednesday between 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. for Westmoreland Ridges, Fayette Ridges and Higher Elevations of Indiana.The weather service comments, “Light freezing drizzle expected. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze to a few hundredths of an inch.”
