Winona County has updated residents on their actions regarding a recent ransomware attack.

WINONA, Minn., (WLAX, WEUX) - Winona County officials stated they are being assisted by "nationally recognized cybersecurity and data forensic experts" after a recent ransomware attack. County Administrator Maureen Holte says, "While our investigation is ongoing there may be delays in delivering certain county services while systems are offline".
