WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY-TV) – An award-winning chef has opened a new restaurant in downtown Wilmington. Keith Rhodes, a two-time James Beard nominee soft launched his new bistro, Voyce, earlier this month. The restaurant is located at 11 Market Street in downtown. Chef Keith Rhodes and his wife, Angela, have opened Voyce Bistro at 11 Market St. in downtown Wilmington. The intimate restaurant, serving coastal cuisine with Caribbean influences, began lunch service Jan. 6 and adds dinner Jan. 8. Voyce is named for Rhodes’ grandparents and emphasizes locally sourced ingredients.
