- In a Dec. 1 complaint, Salaam alleges Jada Pinkett Smith confronted him at Will Smith's birthday at the Regency Calabasas Commons and threatened him with `or else` if he continued `telling her personal business`.
- After Will Smith's 2022 Oscars incident, Bilaal Salaam says he refused a late-March 2022 request to assist with crisis management and alleges a retaliatory campaign followed soon after.
- The suit alleges Pinkett Smith approached Salaam with approximately seven entourage members, demanded he sign an NDA 'or else,' and warned he would `end up missing or catch a bullet`; Salaam says an associate followed him to his car and continued threats.
- He is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging damage to reputation, health and finances, while reps for Jada and Will have not responded to requests for comment.
- Pinkett Smith denied the allegation to TMZ and later laughed off the claim on The Breakfast Club, while Will Smith's rep denied Salaam's 2023 claim and Alfonso Ribeiro has not commented.
