Will Carrouthers Named CFO of Southern Bancorp

Southern Bancorp Inc. of Arkadelphia has named Will Carrouthers as CFO. Carrouthers follows Chris Wewers, who was CFO for more than nine years before joining Citizens Bank of Batesville in July 2024.
