Alsace. Picking wild plants: differentiating edibles from toxic ones

With the arrival of the beautiful days, the gathering of wild plants attracts more and more lovers of nature. Garlic of bears, deer, consoude... both delicious and useful. But be careful: some plants, resembling them, can be dangerously toxic. Some tips to differentiate them.

Wild garlic is growing again in the Czech Republic. The green carpets of leaves, which are rich in vitamins and minerals, attract collectors. However, they run the risk of confusing the plant with poisonous species.
