For the 33rd time, Harvard University has awarded the Ig Noble, also known as anti-nobels or “crazy nobels.” A British scientist of Polish origin, Jan Zalasiewicz, won a prize in chemistry and geology for explaining “why many scientists like to lick rocks.”
