WHS girls hockey season ends in section quarterfinals

NEW ULM — Worthington High School girls hockey saw its season come to an end Thursday night in an 8-0 loss in the first round of the Section 3A playoffs. The Trojans earned the No. 5 seed in the tournament and matched up with No. 4 New Ulm at the New Ulm Civic Center. The Eagles beat the Trojans 5-0 in the regular season meeting.
