- Amid a leadership shakeup, Brodeur said he was working on contract reforms, including `There was some pretty egregious NDA language that suppressed the voices of those two young women and did not give them the ability to speak about their journey. I want to remove that restriction`, Brodeur claimed.
- This year's judges included Nia Sanchez, Sasha Farber, Jade Roper Tolbert, Hannah Edwards, and Kenneth Barlis, who gave Eckert the highest overall score.
- Eliminating the selection committee, Brodeur said judges' picks now determine winners to increase transparency, aiming to reestablish Miss USA and Miss Teen USA as 'America's It Girls.'
- Amid years of turmoil, the organization has faced rigging accusations, three CEOs, two resigned queens including Noelia Voigt and UmaSofia Srivastava, and Alma Cooper, Miss USA 2024, declined to attend citing unpaid $100,000 salary.
