Whiteville Police filed multiple charges against a man after a brief chase where the suspect allegedly rammed a patrol car. Angel Arellano, 35, gave addresses of 256 Brittany Lane and 620 Davis Ave., Whiteville, on court documents. He is charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest, two counts of assault on a government official, driving while license revoked, fictitious tags, no insurance, and hit and run.
