Team USA's 232-athlete roster includes 98 returning Olympians and is the largest delegation at the 2026 Winter Olympics, surpassing host Italy and Japan, each with 196 athletes.
On Feb. 6, 2026, Team USA unveiled a record roster of 232 athletes at the Opening Ceremony, according to the team.
Using Monday, NGBs forwarded athletes based on set criteria, and USOPC reviewed selections, including alternates, Team USA said.
The roster includes 98 returning Olympians, with seven four-time, 10 three-time, and 22 two-time competitors, out of approximately 2,900 athletes at the Games.
The U.S. leads delegation size, with parade order placing Greece first and the United States third to last, following Italy and Germany .
Across the field, 92 national Olympic committees sent athletes, many countries have single-athlete delegations including San Marino, and about 20 will compete as 'Individual Neutral Athletes'.
